Myke Penney is a singer, guitarist, writer and producer/recording engineer based in Southern Ontario. With a great passion and hunger for music, he is the visionary behind the rock band he created called The Jailbirds. He is also the lead guitarist of The Wild High, a brand new band put together by Monster Truck’s Jon Harvey, which is quickly rising up in the local music scene. Myke studied at the Music Industry Arts (M.I.A) Program at Fanshawe college for recording engineering and music business, and has learned from many years of experience playing in bands and touring the country, which gives him a unique edge in a recording studio setting.
